With the beginning of the spring holidays, we packed up backpacks once again and flew away to Italy, right in the middle of ancient history - in Rome. We met the pope, attended holy mass in the Saint Peters Basilica, ate pizza and pasta, and much more... just look :)

Last trip we made, and I mean, all of us, I mean, ten of us... eh... was a Lisboa. The Capital City of Portugal. We tasted the most awesome pastry called Pastel de Nata, drank Sangria and ate a tasty burger.

Our stop on the way to Porto: Costa Nova, a fishing village with a long tradition of stripped houses, where fishers used to dry their nets. Unfortunately, we didn´t really have a nice weather, so the vividness of colours is a bit grey.

As soon as we happily united with the second group that arrived later, we went to see other cliffs close to "best steak in Portugal" (according to Palo, I liked the last-year-spanish-one more :D) We saw Peniche and the walls and castle of the town of Óbidos.

After almost five days on the south of Portugal, we had to pack up and drive up to the north, somewhere behind the Lisbon, to check-in to our second accommodation, where we waited for our friends. On our way up there, we stopped in a historic town called Sintra, which is classified as a UNESCO Heritage Site.

This year I and my friends spent summer holidays in kinda... cold Portugal. I mean... I love cold, I love winter and I love snow, however, once something is supposed to be warm, there is no reason for opposite X_X like, who on the Earth would love to bath in the ocean that is no more than 20° cold? Anyway, it was fun :) funny to have goosebumps everytime a huge wave ate you, funny to play BANG! or to cook.

P. called me out for a trip to High Tatras with his archi friends... after a long arguing and hesitating he won with his bulletproof argument "They can't like you, if you don't get them a chance to get to know you"... so I said yes. Because I love nature. I love snow. I love my winter woolen hat ^_^ ...

Two weeks before my birthday I invited my closest friend the my family cottage in the woods of Harmonia, Modra. It was kind of our last goodbye to autumn. We enjoyed warm days in the nature and spent it with another trip, possibly last one this year, to the watch-tower on the top of the hill called Kukla.

Anual trip to High Tatras with my mum, her partner and my godparents. This year we had done this crazy hike. Exactly 18 kilometres! 8 hours of walking, divageting thoughout the mist, seeing nothing at all. Until the very end... It was epic. Definitely worth the pain in my knees I can still feel even now.

Another stop was actually airport in Trenčín where Pohoda took place, but I didn´t take enough photographies to share them with you so I´m gonna skip it and show you something... more valuable. My pics from the first holidays I´ve been with friends, not with my family. If you would tell me, that I would eventually find a group of people I could spent summer with, I won't believe you a bit. However, it happened. And it was AMAZING!

Dublin. On the first day it was raining cats and dogs, so I was afraid
my camera would get wet so I didn't take any picture, but somehow I
enjoyed it anyway. This one is from Malahide castle we visited next day.

...or the trip to Slovenia with my BigBro and his waaay too workaholic friends. Me and seven men. Who would have thought, right? Still having mixed feelings, though. It was amusingly annyoing and annoyingly amusing. See for yourself. See the beauty of Slovenia.
