Mint-tea Time

Spring Holidays in Kaprun

22:26

First day was awful. Misty, gloomy, felt like spilt milk. Seriously. So my sis took just few pics on her iPhone. Those two of me, for example.

It was AWESOME!

Last night I didn't sleep at all, so I was too tired to control my board and most of time it controlled me, so I ended up in a snowdrift or on my butt, but it definitely was the most perfect time. We had lots of fun with my family while playing game called Europa (I won too! Muhahaha :D ) or had a cozy time while watching The Shawshank redemption. It's always a good time tho...especially when the sun is shining and my board is properly waxed with sharp edges ;)

February Song List

21:09

...I don't wanna be a part of your parade...
...Crying 'cause I can't sing a song to you...
...And in the dark, you try to make a pay phone call to me...
...I see the dawn of a new beginning...
...Now it's coming back we can steal it...
...And you deserve it...
...Every inch of your skin is a holy grail I've got to find...
...I had to go through hell to prove I'm not insane...
...Would things be easier if there was a right way?...
...Honey come on don't be scared...
...You don’t need a plan of what you wanna do...
...Those distant days are flashing by...
...Sometimes I mess up, I eff up, I hit and miss...
...Little love and little sympathy...
...I'll be here patiently waiting...

Nonsense? I've never told I'm sane ;)

Wandering among the trees

13:29

I blew away the dust from my camera and went for a walk into the woods close to place I live. Tall trees, cracking sound of broken twigs under my biker boots, rumble of four pairs of muscled legs of deers hunted by dogs and that pleasing whisper of leaves.

I felt the energy from trees, that filled me up and suddenly I became peaceful and hopeful. Everything seemed possible in that exact moment. Until the realization I got lost... Will-o'-the-wisp, that's what I was. Looking for my way out of the woods.

I pulled my mobile from a pocket, thinking about calling for help, but I didn't get the chance to do that, 'cause text from Lukas was winking at me. After long (almost) two years of missing each other, weekends he was in Prague, while I was back home in Bratislava, we finally met. It was instant delight and pure happiness. Didn't even have time to think about how, for God's sake, I'd find my way back to flat. I just did. Somehow.

I was afraid, we won't have anything to say, but I was mistaken. How foolish. We actually stopped just for a while, but then burst into new chat once again. And now... I miss him, and I'm afraid again, that I won't see him for another two years. Maybe I should go back to this wood for another dose of positivity and hope.

Flowers in winter

20:47

I don't really like grey days without mist... there is nothing interesting about them. They are sleepy, gloomy, boring. So I bought myself this colorful bouquet of tulips to brighten up my mood, day, life.

Vienna

19:00

I got my first B, got absolutely awesome package from my dear friend Ivana (she sent me stuff from Britain, like The Times magazine with Gandy on the cover, Doctor Who's favorite candy - Jelly Babies and postcard from Harry Potter Studios) and my mum took me to see that beautiful, historic center of Vienna I've never been before. It's strange, 'cause it's just an hour trip from Bratislava. However, main reason was Shopping City Sud, where my sister wanted to go with her friend, but I wasn't in shopping mood... so sight-seeing seemed to be nice alternative.

Oh! ... and we had really grey day and interesting way back home (we circled around SCS for like million times)... x)
